Kanban

Kanban is an Agile project management methodology that focuses on visualizing the workflow and limiting the work in progress. It is often used for software development, but can also be applied to other areas. The Kanban board is the key element of the Kanban method, which is used to visualize the tasks in progress and to track their progress. The Kanban process focuses on collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement. Team members work together to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the process and gradually eliminate them. Unlike Scrum, Kanban does not have defined sprints and tasks are usually processed continuously. The team works on a set of priority tasks and new tasks are added to the Kanban board as they arise. The Kanban method allows the team to effectively manage priorities, monitor workload, improve quality and optimize delivery.
